Our whole grain barley is regeneratively grown on the fertile soils of West Lancashire, where we farm with nature to support soil health, biodiversity, and wildlife. This is true whole barley not pearled retaining its nutrient-dense bran layer for maximum flavour and nutrition. Barleys gentle, nutty taste makes it a versatile kitchen staple. Use it whole in soups, stews, and salads, or mill it into wholesome barley flour for baking. Barley flour contains a small amount of gluten, making it easier to work with than many gluten-free alternatives while enriching breads, pastries, and biscuits with subtle sweetness and depth. After harvest, our barley is carefully dried, cleaned, and graded on-farm for quality and full traceability.
