Yes, partial returns are allowed! To return specific items, follow the regular return process and let us know which items you'd like to send back. Ensure they meet our return policy conditions and we'll guide you through the rest.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after approval. Timelines depend on your case:
Return Refund: Starts when we receive and inspect the returned item
Cancellation Refund: Starts once your cancellation is confirmed. It can take up to 7 business days for the money to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds are always sent back to the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you paid by card, it goes back to that card. If you used net banking or another method, it returns there.
