This product offers two whole, substantial Coley fish (Saithe), with each unit weighing between 2.0 kg and 2.5 kg. Coley is a highly sustainable and versatile member of the Cod family, prized for its firm texture and delicate, buttery flavour. At this large size, the fish provides a high yield of excellent quality flesh ideal for filleting, creating thick, meaty steaks, or roasting whole. While the raw flesh is darker than Cod, it becomes bright white and beautifully flaky when cooked. This size is particularly suited for professional kitchens or large gatherings, offering a cost-effective and nutritious source of lean protein.
