Apples and pears treated properly. Grown in an orchard. Pressed on a farm. And then crammed mercilessly but generously into every bottle of this screamingly good gin. Dazzling with Mediterranean tonic and a slice of fresh apple. This one was made with our mates down the road at Joules. They wanted something special to mark their 30th anniversary of kitting people out for all those sun filled country walks. Naturally, Tom and their team selflessly spent days crafting and testing out the perfect mix of real ingredients. Which means that every sip takes you straight to an orchard on a balmy summers evening. Magic.
