Through the linked Ethyl Ester, the BCAAs enter directly into the bloodstream without digestion, so the BCAAs remain intact. One serving (4 capsules) before training and one serving (4 capsules) after training provide 2800 mg stacker-bcaa-ee3-complex per serving.
