The Spenco Diabetic insole is designed for people who suffer or are prone to suffer from diabetic neurophatia or neuropathic ulcers. The top cover is made of Plastazote foam which has anti-friction properties that help eliminate pressure points and prevent painful blisters. Soft arch design provides support throughout The low-density Polysorb structured memory foam provides extra cushioning and shock suppression, resulting in all-day comfort. It has also been built with a deep heel to help stabilize the back of the foot, so whether you're standing or walking, your feet will thank you. This insole is designed for use in a variety of shoes, including athletics, work and most casual styles. The Spenco Trim-To-Fit Diabetic insole is designed to fit women's shoe sizes 5-11 and can be adjusted as needed for a custom fit. To cut, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, align it with your new Spenco Plantar Fascia insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Cut carefully with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert them into your shoe with the top side facing up

Directions
