Processing: made with sauerkraut from organically dynamically grown seed-resistant seeds (not hybrid seeds). The controversial hybrids come from single crosses, i.e. from repeated artificial inbreeding. They are not suitable for agricultural seed production as their properties do not reproduce. Therefore, we offer milk-sour-fermented direct juice from seed-solid sauerkraut. A naturally cloudy direct juice is gently pressed from fresh sauerkraut (white cabbage). With the help of lactic acid-forming micro-organisms, a natural fermentation (lactoferment process) is created. Finely tasted with a pinch of sea salt, sauerkraut juice tastes harmonious and is well tolerated. Tip: drink 100-200 ml sauerkraut juice daily sober or before meals.
