Directions

Wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Brush teeth in a circular motion for two minutes, twice a day. 5. Rinse the toothbrush head and handle thoroughly after each use. 6. Replace the toothbrush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. This product is compatible with Philips Sonicare toothbrush handles that use the Snap-On system.
