The Physicool knee support fits perfectly around the knee, providing support and constant 360 degree contact to allow for maximum cooling. The knee support does not require prior refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature, but provides instant cooling when applied. The knee support will provide approximately 2 hours of cooling straight out of the pack and it can easily be recharged by using Physicool coolant spray so you can continue to treat an injury after initial application without removing the support. Directions

Remove the Knee Support from the foil sachet, squeezing out excess Coolant to be used later. Pull Knee Support up over the knee until it is in a comfortable supporting position. Keep your Knee Support exposed to air to allow evaporation. Recharge with Physicool Coolant when the Knee Support is dry or after 2 hours use Apply for 1-2 hours, up to 4 times per day
