Description
Perell Spanish Gordal Pitted Green Olives are a premium selection of large, meaty olives, often referred to as the queen olive of Spain. Known for their firm bite and rich taste, they are perfect for enjoying straight from the tin or as part of a Mediterranean meal.
Preserved in brine with chilli, these olives retain their authentic flavour and freshness. This pack of two 150g tins is ideal for home use, entertaining, or tapas platters.
Ingredients
Water, green olives, chilli (contains sulphites), salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (E300).
May also contain: almonds and fish.
Storage & Safety
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to a non-metallic container, ensure olives are fully covered in brine, refrigerate below 8C, and consume within 7 days.
Warning: Despite careful pitting, some olive stones or fragments may remain.
