The roasted aubergine spread is our favourite with it's very full-on and punchy flavour of the East, the roasting of the aubergines lending a truly rich flavour layering to the whole product. An excellent condiment or accompaniment, works well with pitta or flat breads. Packed and prepared by the grower who has a real passion for bio-diversity and the positive agricultural practises that the organic methods represent.
