Description

• A classic Onion bridie recipe, the nations favourite.
• Add 250g bridie mix to 500g mince meat.
• Add 810g cold water, mix till combined.
• Leave to stand for approx 10-20 minutes to allow the mixture to firm.
• Fill into pastry shape and fold, crimp closed and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
