Description
- PREMIUM JAPANESE CEREMONIAL GRADE MATCHA: Our AAA+ matcha combines leaves from different tea fields and plants, expertly blended by tea masters to create the perfect balance of colour, flavour, and aroma from first harvest leaves selected from the top of the plant.
- PERFECT TASTE & COLOUR PROFILE: Experience a sweet, smooth ceremonial grade taste with silky mouthfeel and rich umami flavor. Our matcha presents a luminous jade green colour with fine fragrance, making it perfect for koicha (thick tea). Ground using authentic Japanese granite stone mills for optimal particle size (5-10 microns).
- TRADITIONAL MATCHA GIFT SETS: Complete tea ceremony sets including our ceremonial grade Japanese matcha powder paired with authentic handcrafted bamboo whisk (chasen) and traditional measuring spoon (chashaku). Ideal for matcha enthusiasts and tea ceremony beginners.
- AUTHENTIC JAPANESE CRAFTSMANSHIP: Our tea masters carefully segment distinct aspects and quality levels during the blending process, preserving centuries-old traditions. Each batch is stone-ground to ensure superior ceremonial grade standards and optimal flavour preservation.
- CERTIFIED QUALITY & PURITY: 100% Organic (Certified by The Soil Association), 100% Natural, Vegan Friendly, and Gluten Free. Our careful selection and blending process ensures you receive ceremonial grade matcha that excels in all three crucial aspects: colour, flavour, and aroma.
