Why rTG, not ethyl ester?

rTG is the natural molecular form of Omega-3 found in oily fish. Some supplements use the ethyl ester (EE) form, a different molecular structure. Our oil is molecularly distilled and concentrated to 80% Omega-3 considerably higher than the roughly 30% Omega-3 content of standard fish oil.

What does a Totox value below 10 mean?

Totox (Total Oxidation) is a laboratory measure of an oil's freshness. A lower value reflects a cleaner taste profile and fewer repeat-taste burps.
