Getting sealed in a protective atmosphere, just outside the roaster (roaster), guarantees perfect preservation of the unique flavor and aroma of our blend. Based on old successful recipes, we fill your cup since 1951 with our unique taste and rich aroma of our fresh roasted Greek coffee.

Preparing tips: For each cup, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki. Pour one teaspoonful of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well. Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat. The coffee is ready when the froth has risen right up to the brim. Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.

Directions

1. Measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki. 2. Pour one teaspoonful of Greek coffee and sugar to taste into the briki. 3. Stir well and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. 4. Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
