Use:
Cold compression:
1. Put the product in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, take it out, rub it with your hands and use it after it has reached the appropriate temperature

Hot Compress:
Place the product in the microwave (medium-low) and heat for 15 seconds. If it is not hot, you can extend the heating time, but cannot set it to 1-2 minutes.
