Description
- MasFood Nyonya Sambal Nasi Lemak Mild, contains belacan, Expiry: 10th June 2027
- Ingredients: Onions, chilli, sugar, salt, shrimps, anchovies, shrimp paste (belacan), palm paste, Palm oil, garlic, MSG No preservatives, No artificial colouring
- Saut 2 large sliced onions. Add a bottle of nasi lemak sambal. Add 100ml water and gula melaka or brown sugar according to preference. Serve with coconut rice.
- Recipe for coconut rice: 400g rice, 400ml thick coconut milk and 400ml water (reduce water if using steamer or pressure cooker), 2 tsp of pale pandan powder made into paste using hot water, one tsp of bubur lambuk spice (or your own spice mix) and salt to taste (serves 6). Double everything to serve 12.
- Grade 5A Premium Dried Anchovy Ikan Bilis Mata Biru Tawau, Halal, Expiry: 8th April 2027
- Headless, gutted, reduced salt. (highest grade in the market) INGREDIENTS: Anchovy and salt
- No need to wash bilis. Deep fry in hot oil for 15 seconds. Drain and serve. Keep in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep balance in airtight container. Refrigerate.
