Maintenance: The pill washing board cannot be washed. After receiving it, brush a little sesame oil on the upper plate of the pill washing board and the groove. After use, clean the groove with a clean towel, and apply sesame oil in the groove with a brush, then pack it in a sealed bag and store it in a cool place.

Use:
1. Before use, tear off the anti-slip film and place it on the four corners, then place it on a flat table.
2. Brush a little sesame oil on the upper plate of the ball rubbing board and the groove. (Ignore if already brushed)
3. Roll the dough into strips: Divide the kneaded medicine ball into several small pieces, place 1 piece on the upper plate, and roll the strips with the stripping board. The strips are pressed against the height limits on both sides of the upper plate and the diameter of the rolled strips will be more accurate.
4. Roll the pills: Place the rolled strips horizontally on the groove surface of the lower plate of the pill rolling board, hold the handle, and roll back and forth to form pills.
