Many people make Magnesium Oil at home; however we strongly advise using only ultra-pure zero p.p.m steam distilled water, not tap or bottled water, as these can contain contaminates that can react with the Magnesium.

Directions

Use 1-2 handfuls in the bath or in a warm foot soak. Mix the flakes around until fully dissolved. The flakes are easily dissolved in warm water. Can be used with distilled water to make a transdermal Magnesium Oil. Use as directed by our qualified Naturopath or your own healthcare professional. If pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, or taking medication, please consult a healthcare professional before use
