A delicious lobster bisque produced by Le Pere Eugene. Le Pere Eugene (owned by Le Grand Lejon) is situated in Binic, a little fishing port off the coast of Brittany. With the addition of Le Grand Lejon croutons and a teaspoon of rouille sauce, this lobster soup will give you a real taste of France.

Ingredients

Water, fish, whole lobsters 3, tomato concentrate, creme fraiche, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, flavor (crustaceans (, garlic, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar, coloring: paprika, white wine (Sulphites) ), lactose, milk proteins, cognac, pepper, pimet.
