Product description

This rich, tomato-based soup, flavoured with herbes de Provence, is made using fish caught off the coast of Brittany and is wonderful sprinkled with crisp croutons and a spoonful of rouille swirled through. Le Grand Lejon, a business based in Binic, a port on the Brittany coast, produces Le Pere Eugene products. Lobster bisque, aioli, toasted baguette slices, and much more are among their many seafood-based products and accompaniments.

Ingredients

Water, fish 30% (from Brittany), tomato paste, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, garlic, leeks, lactose, milk proteins, Provence herbs, powdered fennel, pepper , pepper and coloring: paprika.
