Typically per capsule: Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium 4x109 (4 billion) live bacteria* *At the time of manufacture Encapsulated With: Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Stearic Acid).

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily.
