Supplied as a case of 12 x 1 litre cartons, this ready-to-use soft mix is designed for use in Carpigiani and similar soft ice cream machines, delivering consistently smooth, creamy vanilla-flavoured ice cream with every batch. Its carefully balanced recipe combines skimmed milk, Jersey cream, sugar and natural vanilla flavouring to produce a deliciously rich taste and silky texture. Ideal for cafs, restaurants, dessert parlours, leisure venues and catering businesses, the long ambient shelf life makes storage and stock management simple. For optimum results, chill the cartons between 1C and 5C before use.
