Rinse 1 cup of bulgur under cold water. In a pot, bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil. Add the bulgur, reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Once the water is absorbed and the bulgur is tender, fluff with a fork and serve.
