Product description

Elizaldia Pot-au-Feu French Beef Stew with Vegetables
Elizaldia Pot-au-Feu is prepared in the Southwest of France following the style of this well-known French dish. It combines French beef with carrots, leeks and potatoes, slowly cooked in a clear, aromatic broth.
The beef is simmered gently to keep it tender, while the vegetables soften and release their flavour into the cooking liquid. The result is a balanced, broth-based stew that feels comforting without being heavy.
Made without preservatives or additives and French beef, this ready-to-heat meal serves 3 to 4 people and is easy to prepare at home.
Warm slowly in a saucepan until hot and serve with mustard, pickles or crusty bread.
