Directions

Rinse rice under cold water. Put the rice and water in a saucepan in a ratio of 1:1.5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for about 45-50 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the covered rice stand for 10 minutes.
