Traditional biltong with a delicious coating of chilli. We use peri-peri imported from South Africa. Ingredients: Beef, vinegar (barley malt extract), salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG), sugar, colourants, spices, herbs, ground peri-peri, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite. Allergens: Barley Malt Extract, Celery Extract BILTONG HAS A 1 MONTH SHELF LIFE
