These flavourful, tender duck rillettes are produced using just confit duck meat that has been enhanced with shallots, garlic, salt, and pepper. They are created by the French manufacturer Castaing, known for their duck and goose products, according to a historic recipe and are the ultimate simple but exquisite pleasure.
