By swapping out flour for rolled oats in this recipe C&B created a biscuit with a more robust, open crumb that gives way to a slightly chewy texture. Combine that with sugar and real butter it makes a biscuit that's almost impossible to eat just one of.

Rolled Oats ( 46%), Salted Butter (28%)(Milk, Salt), Sugar, Salted Caramel Pieces (5%)(Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Salted Butter (Milk, Salt), Natural Flavouring, Colour: Plain Caramel), Natural Flavouring.

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container. The tin can be reused for storage.
