The classic pasta Barilla Spaghettini n. 3, starchy foods highly appreciated in Italy for over 140 years, belong to the spaghetti family. With a much smaller diameter, the cooking time is shorter so that these thin pasta retains its shape. Ideal with light sauces, they allow you to make quick and tasty dishes such as pasta with oil and garlic, or accompanied by a Pomodoro tomato sauce and your favorite vegetables or seafood. From the classic Blue Box range, from premium pasta to the perfect "al dente" cooking, Barilla Spaghettini n. 3 cook in just 5 minutes. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, add the pasta and a generous pinch of salt to enhance the taste. For pasta "al dente", boil the pasta uncovered and stir occasionally during the 5 minutes of cooking. For softer pasta, boil 1 minute more. Drain well and then serve them with your favorite Barilla sauce. Our traditional durum wheat semolina pasta comes in different forms to be sure to find the perfect pasta for each of your recipes.
