Horshradish Sauce: With this horseradish sauce we hope that we have managed to find the perfect partner for your roast beef. Delicately creamy to start with but the heat of fresh horseradish fighting through! Fantastic also with smoked fish, in mashed potatoes & with eggs! Bearnaise Sauce: A classic creamy sauce with tarragon, chervil and shallots. Traditionally served with steak but try also over smoked fish, with cold meats or even in a potato salad with tuna or smoked ham. Green Peppercorn Sauce: A peppery condiment with plenty of punch. Try with steak or in a thick beef sandwich, add a zing to your gravy or simply glaze your roast just before serving.
