Armagh Cider Vinegar is pure and unpasteurised and contains the Motherof vinegar, natural enzyme strands and related protein molecules. Made using only the finest locally grown apples from the orchards of County Armagh. The traditional vinegar making setup is known as the Orleans or cask process and consists of a cask lying on its side, three quarters full of liquid with access to the open air. Modern vinegar factories do not use this method as it is too slow Cider vinegar from the Orleans process is generally quite clear but can develop a further haze on bottle storage. Armagh Cider Vinegar is made using the Orleans or Barrel process, matured for over 10 months which produces a naturally clear vinegar as opposed to bulk produced vinegar which is cloudy. Armagh Cider Vinegar is a healthy way to add a zesty flavor to most foods and can be used as a tonic to promote digestion and pH balance.
