Product Description

Saut in virgin olive oil and over very low heat, onions, tomatoes and garlic. Season with peppermint and a touch of saffron. We add to the sofrito all the seafood and rock fish and follow the gentle cooking for more than 2 hours, gradually adding our Fish Broth and, finally, the fresh squid ink.
