Remember, it can stimulate muscles in a way they arent used to and you dont want to overwork your body. We recommend a couple hours the first few days and then gradually increase usage over time for maximum results. When choosing a size, go with the size you would wear in a tshirt. If youre in between sizes, choose the smaller size. The shirt is going to be tight and a bit snug going on. Thats good. In order to work properly our apparel has to be able to grab your muscles.
