With this prominent vodka turbo yeast, you can reach an alcohol content of 14% within 5 to 6 days. Ideally coordinated yeast composition for final distillation of clear vodka, which you can then use as a basis for the aroma essences. Instructions: Add 6 kilos of sugar to 21 liters of warm water (at least 35 degrees Celsius) and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the whole cool down (below 30 degrees!) and then stir a bag of "Vodka Star" turbo yeast. Leave the whole fermentation at room temperature (20 to 25 degrees) for 5 to 6 days. Finished is your basis for a clear vodka. A great turbo yeast, especially for summer and for southern latitudes. Even if room temperature was ideal, this yeast can ferment even at temperatures up to 35 degrees! Our aromas are the ideal addition to the turbo yeast, because if you ferment sugar water and then distill, you get neutral alcohol that you can quickly turn into your favourite drink with our essences.
