- Sherry is a fortified wine from the Jerez region in Spain, known for its diverse range of styles, from dry and light to rich and sweet. The unique production process and aging system (solera) contribute to Sherrys distinct character and complexity.
- One bottle sufficient for 50L.
- Recommendation: For grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries.
- Fermentation temperature: 10C - 25C
- Yeast can ferment up to 18%.
