Stirred into hot water it makes a warming, caffeine-free take on turmeric and ginger tea. One jar, a dozen uses: stir into hot water for a caffeine-free brew, splash over ice, dilute like a cordial, whisk into dressings and marinades, spoon over yoghurt, swirl through porridge, or build it into a hot toddy. Straight from the jar is allowed too. Each 12.5ml serving provides 12mg of vitamin C (15% NRV) - vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Ingredients

Lemon (pulp & fermented), ginger (pulp & fermented), Turmeric pulp, sugar, Vitamin C.

Directions

Mix 10g of tea with 250ml of hot water (around 100C), let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
