Plump blackcurrants with lemon and root ginger: deep, fruity and warming. Stirred into hot water it makes a rich, caffeine-free fruit tea, and it doubles as a blackcurrant cordial base and a cocktail mixer. One jar, a dozen uses: stir into hot water for a caffeine-free brew, splash over ice, dilute like a cordial, whisk into dressings and marinades, spoon over yoghurt, swirl through porridge, or build it into a hot toddy. Straight from the jar is allowed too. Each 12ml serving provides 12mg of vitamin C (15% NRV) - vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Ingredients

Blackcurrants, Lemon (pulp & fermented), ginger (pulp & fermented), sugar, Vitamin C.

Directions

Add 10g of tea to a cup, pour in hot water (not boiling), let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and enjoy.
