Colour: deep black and shining, typical of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Aroma: intense truffle scent. Flavour: strong taste with persistent notes of Truffle. Density: about 1,30. Ageing: the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, we use in this condiment , is aged for years in precious wooden barrels.
