- Add 250g pack to 2kg of mince meat Add 250g of cold water ( alter to desired consistency) Mix till combined Shape to desired size of burger
- Easy to use simply , add meat , add water, mix till combined then shape into burgers.
- Dont forget to use Burger Discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers.
- Supplied in various mixes from 1kg batch to 10kg batch.
