Description

• Traditional Scottish Aberdeen Angus burger seasoning with onion.
• Use 25g seasoning per 1kg minced meat, does not include rusk.
• This pack will make 4kg of burgers.
• Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative!
• Simply add this seasoning to rusk, minced meat & water.
• Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look!
• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
• Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
• Dont forget to use burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers.

Directions

Mix with minced meat & water, shape into burgers and cook as preferred.
