Mischen Sie separat 700 g frischen Ricotta, 600 g Zucker, 5 ganze Eier und 2 Eigelb, 1 Pckchen Vanille wenn Sie mchten, 1 Flschchen Orangenbltenwasser und eine Prise Zimt oder ein Flschchen Millefiori. Alles verarbeiten, bis es cremig ist. Fgen Sie eine geriebene Zitrone, 10 g gewrfelte Zitrone hinzu. ?? FR DEN MRBTEIG: Bereiten Sie den Mrbeteig aus 500 g Mehl fr Desserts, 3 ganzen Eiern, 200 g Zucker, 200 g Butter und einem Teelffel Honig zu. Alles ohne zu viel zu verarbeiten verrhren, ausbreiten und mit einer Kuchenform oder mehreren kleinen Kuchenformen abdecken, die Sahnemasse gleichmig darin verteilen.

For the pastry, combine flour, eggs, sugar, butter, and honey. Roll out the dough and use it to line a cake tin or small tins. Spread the creamy filling evenly inside the pastry case.
