Katherine Martinez is our favourite filter coffee at the roastery this year, for its incredible flavour and notable sweetness from Katherine Martinez in Huila, Colombia. It is a washed process caturra varietal, it packs a fruity and juicy punch with notes of blackcurrants, smooth dark chocolate and crisp red apple.
