Directions

1. Wet the toothbrush head with water. 2. Apply toothpaste to the toothbrush head. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums. 4. Brush gently in a circular motion. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. 6. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use.
