This rub is a complex blend of herbs and spices and will give your any joint of meat a perfect flavour. Being one of our first rubs this has been inspired by those dishes from across the pond! Perfect for your pulled pork, brisket ribs, gumbo, lamb and even fish. For years we have been using quality ingredients in our marinades and rubs. Included in this rub is our special smokey chilli spice blend. Great for marinating pork, chicken and food for the BBQ to give that unique smokey BBQ taste. I'm a regular and enjoy taking my time using this Rub. Usually I buy a large joint (around 4 kilos) of pork shoulder and leave this in brine for 24 hours after removing this from the brine I then use our Smokey rub and leave for the flavours to penetrate. When ready I cook this low and slow covered in the over for around 6-8 hours. Amazing pulled pork! If you don't want to spend so long on things Its great with just about anything! Dust some on your burger, chicken ribs or anything before cooking indoors or on the BBQ. Ingredients; Brown sugar, Salt, Mustard powder, Chipotle powder, Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Ginger powder, fennel powder, garlic powder, pepper, Mexican oregano.
