Mamado 100% Pure Rosemary Oil is a common choice for massages, which can be attributed to its sweetness and freshness. Rosemary essential oil use has proved to be very effective in helping to treat arthritis, gout, cramping of muscles, rheumatism and neuralgia etc. It is beneficial in relieving tired muscles. It plays a vital role in hair care. Please Note: Essential oils evaporate at / below room temperatures. These oils are blended with Sweet Almond Oil to increase their stability and shelf life.

Directions

Dilute 1-2 drops of Rosemary oil in 5ml of Sweet Almond oil for topical use; add a few drops of Rosemary oil to shampoo or conditioner for hair care.
